I have spoken to my ISP who said BT put a cease on the line. So I phone BT who say the line was ceased about a month ago but is now full enabled (and has been for a couple of weeks) and ADSL should work fine. This information was from the BT duty manager; she said she's 100% happy the line is fine.
My ISP (metronet) say it's BT and BT say it's the ISP.
Where do I go now or what do I do??
