Currently my parents have Virgin Media.. (2mb BB, TV (basic package) and Unlimited UK calls.)
However the TV serice and broadband are utter tripe to say the least. I have suggested they switch over to a new provider for all these serivces but im struggling to get a good compromise..
They have No BT landline install so if they want ADSL they would need installtion etc, they also dont want to go with BT for anything else as they are also rubbish.. They cant have a sky box..
I have suggested Freeview, Skype Pro and Be There Broadband (With BT line rental).. anyone know anyreasons why this wouldnt be any good? Or for even cheaper Broadband they could get free BB with Orange mobile which they already pay.
