I need some help
My firends internet went down on friday and being a bit of a N00b was straight on her phone to her ISP as she can't possibly be without the internet and facebook for more than 10 miniutes! She didn't even check if it was just her PC or laptop.
She then manages to go into her router I.P as told by her provider and mess up all her wireless settings by pressing random things, meaning she then cannot even acess the I.P as she connects everything wirelessly.
I go over yesterday and use an ethernet cable fix the settings in 10 mins but still can't connect, the router says I.P down. I told her to ring her IPS 'mad as a fish' I dont actually know what she managed to do but I dont think its a problem her end. Mad as a fish won't answer their phone and I'm getting annoyed with the constant its still not working text messages.
Is there actually anything else I can do to shut her up, its not my fault its down if you don't understand somthing don't mess simple eh?
