a friend of mine has been having a problem with sky broadband few weeks ago a wrong printer disk was installed and the computer ded when reinstalled windows xp he cannot get any internet connection. any help will be appreciated

system restore wouldnot work so had to do full format also was a fuill system when bought with xp pre installed and it also has no sound

am sure he has a wireless internet so i not sure i think it a usb connection
