broadcast TV on LAN?

hi,

not sure where to post

i've got Hauppauge PVR150MCE

would like to use it on file/ftp/web/printer server (winxp) and broadcast the TV signal cross the LAN,

i know VLC player can recieve the TV signal but how to change the channel? what software do i need to broadcast the TV from server?

i dont think you can watch different channels on different pc's as it is just one tuner afaik (i may be wrong)
I dont know about streaming TV but you can stream video using winamp
