Broike my Dirt disc (360)

Well, it seems that somehow i have put a very small crack into my Dirt disc. I can run the game but whenever an event ends it just says disc unreadable.

I don't really want to have to buy another copy, is there any way to get a replacement disc?

I have done the same with PC and PS2 games. There should be information in the manual as to how you can obtain a replacement for under £10.
