Broke my iPod

Yes, its a shame to say so but I did - it now has a cracked screen.

Is there any way to get this repaired sub £70 becasue I might just buy a new one...

Might be covered on house insurance, worth a try as long as it does not increase your premiums.

I don't think that the iPod warranty covers cracked screens. The only option you have is to try and claim it under any applicable insurance policies you have.

Give it a go. A friendly chap at iRiver replaced my player after I broke the screen on it. Not sure if Apple are as friendly though.

Ask dixons.

They replaced my friends Ipod video with a broken screen no questions asked.

He got it off one of those "do this advertising thing to get a free ipod and refer friends to do it also" sites.

They didn't ask for a reciept, just swapped it instantly.

I got mine from Argos, and Argos are *****. I, of course, am not a regular Argos customer but was mid-nano frenzy and gladly braved the stench and depravity of Argos when no-one else had one

The screen is obviously cracked, I think will try my luck under warranty
