Broke my TX (Pascal) what next

Probably but unless your running 100% fan speed it's implausible.

My first TXP would drop below 1800 on air with a normal fan profile which is still far too loud.

My Ti keeps 2050-2076 all day long with a low speed fan profile and that's what I would recommend.

Good custom Ti. Love my Zotac AMP. AIO wouldn't be a bad call either.
