Broke my W800 - Warranty?

I've somehow broken my W800i, I got drunk the other night, to the point of having no memory, my mates said they filmed it using my phone and put it back in my pocket. In the morning I tried turning the phone on but no luck, it won't charge either and won't connect to the usb cable so I think I may have fallen over with it in my pocket. Would I be able to get a replacement on warranty because there are no visible signs that the phone has been dropped or put under a lot of pressure?

Thanks for the replies, I'll try and take it to carphone warehouse and see what they say, I didn't bother insuring the phone because I have never broken or lost a phone in my lifetime so I thought whats the point lol, I still won't insure a phone because I now know not to drink that much vodka in one hit.
