Broke my webpage?

Ok I have had a drink but nooo idea what I did wrong? Can anyone tell me why the bootstrap.min.js won't load? I know it is there, I am looking right at it in SSH and It is readable by everyone.

Yea, I think it is a chrome issue I have here. Oddly it loads just fine in IE and on my phone (ironically in Chrome!). Ctrl+f5 didn't make a difference either. Thankyou though

Weirdness.

Anyway I am off to bed, just playing around with the css and jquerey. The actual site isn't even laid out on paper yet.
