I just did a search and can't believe there isn't a thread on this movie Is it released over in the UK yet?

Anyway, saw it today and I have to say it was stunning. Absolutely brilliant performances from the two leads, as well as the supporting cast. Beautiful score, stunning cinematography. It has everything. Ang Lee is just a total genius as far as I'm concerned I hope it cleans up at the oscars cos it deserves it.

Best movie I've seen in a while. 10/10

Well at least you're honest.

I must admit, there is nothing in the film that would make me rush out and watch it. I just have no inclination to actually watch a love story never mind one between homosexual men!

Well done to the Oscar voters for seeing past this film and going for one with a bit of substance about it (Crash).

So you haven't seen it but you're claiming it has no substance You couldn't be more wrong by the way...

I am, of course, just going on what people have said to me. Almost without exception they have said it is a vastly over-rated film.
