My mate(hasn't got an acceptable email account to register) bought two Asus cards, Asus ATI Radeon EAX-X1900 XT and ASUS X1900XT CF. He also bought a pair of Arctic Cooling Accelero X2 to cool them.

He was having trouble running them, games would crash. so he decided to remove the cooler and install water cooling blocks as the coolers were ineffective- 65degrees in desktop with x-fi and physx boards in his Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe Crossfire.

The problem, two pieces of chips came off with the cooler! for the XT CF card.

He would like to get in touch with Arctic Cooling, do the have a UK office and does anyone know how to other than by their website ?

I'm pretty sure their UK distributor is Aventi Distribution Ltd in Hemel Hempstead (they are trade only so I don't think they are a competitor) but you'll probably have more luck contacting them directly in Switzerland. I very much doubt they'll be prepared to help out unfortunately, but there is no harm in asking.
