Broken Biscuits

Returned from Asda with my Fox's Sports biscuits; Made a Cuppa; Opened the packet to realise that all the biscuits were broke.

They are not in a dunkable state !! :mad:

Do I have a case for a refund? I didn't break them myself or transport them in a Robin Reliant on Manchester's cobbled roads either.

Crumble them with a small amount of hot milk and melted chocolate.

Form into one big super biscuit.

Indeed, get a rugby team round, make a massive pile of soggy biscuits, when they all dry out, dunk them to your heart is content.
