Broken cyborg Rat mouse

A cheeky request

I have purchased a 2nd hand Cyborg rat 7 mouse. Unfortunatly the scroll wheel is broken. Has anybody got a broken rat mouse that i could salvage the scroll wheel from?

I would expect that all the RAT mice have the same scroll wheel.

This would be greatly appreciated!
 
whats exactly broken? have you opened it up? the scroll wheels usually get clogged with crud and hair inside
 
Yeah I have opened it up, i was hoping it was a clogged push button, but the axle coming off the side of the scroll wheel has snapped off. Very heavy handed by the previous owner.
The side that goes into the scroll sensor is fine, its the left hand side that sits on top of the push button.
 
anyway you can drill a hole and put a metal pin in?

if you have the snapped of piece maybe get it plastic welded,other than that you need a spare wheel,could try emailing the makers and ask if they will send you one?
