Has anybody had any experience with getting a phone repaired through EE.
They will have had my S3 five weeks on Friday - which is now getting beyond a joke.
I've been told that its been escalated through multiple levels of technician with no sucess yet.
Any tips/advice on how to get them to offer a replacement?
