Broken galaxy S3 on EE

Has anybody had any experience with getting a phone repaired through EE.

They will have had my S3 five weeks on Friday - which is now getting beyond a joke.

I've been told that its been escalated through multiple levels of technician with no sucess yet.

Any tips/advice on how to get them to offer a replacement?
 
In the same position; mine first died back in September soon after first getting it. Took them three weeks to get it back and a few weeks ago started freezing. They had it two weeks and apparently fixed it. Within an hour of picking it up it doing the same again.

I just phoned EE and said it was not acceptable and I wanted either a new phone or to be able to choose a different model; they are sending a new one by courier on Friday.

Just phone them and inform them that the situation is unacceptable and you expect it resolved this week. Worked for me.
