Broken Gaming Chair

Hi all,

So i brought a gaming chair just under a year ago now and the chair mechanism on it has broke which is causing it to tilt to one side.

It is a vertegear chair, cant remember which one, but it has a warranty of 2 years and was wandering how i would be able to get in contact with overclockers about this?

Any help would be appreciated.
