Broken Grade ?

I was unaware that the B in b grade stood for Broken .

Yes in my opinion it's not down to OcUK it's down to the courier..the box has clearly been dropped opened and resealed , and badly resealed too., although the stand itself was in perfect condition .

But I would like to big up OcUK as I was on the phone to them this morning and the issue is being dealt with

also i didnt take the box at the door...my wife did..and yes i should have said to her..if the box looks crushed...dont take it .
