Broken Headset :(

Ordered a Razer Barracuda HP-1 Gaming headset with my new build on the 8 May and are now broken.

About a week In I noticed the controller light not working or fading in and out slightly but I didnt buy them for the lights so I dismissed it but while I was taking the headset off today the "ear cup?" fell off and something fell on the floor.
I searched for about 10 mins untill I found the tiniest of screws theres also a rattle inside the ear cup and im too scared to open it up and try and fix it myself.

Am I going to be able to have a replacement from overclockers as I'm not sure on there policies?

There closed so I will be calling them tomorrow.

Any information would be cool,

Also I dont have the awful plastic shrinkwrap that holds the headset in the box, It was the type you need to cut to get into.

From the looks of it has been more than 7 days since purchase which means you would probobly be better off going straight to the manafacturer rather than applying for an RMA.

Razer contact details are also given on the link above which shows that they have under 28 day support.

Good idea to give them a Buzz before the 28 day support expires :)
