Not looking for a definitive answer here but just a wee bit of guidance.
Got the lass an I-Pod at christmasand already it has developed 2 lines across the screen similar to as if it had been damaged by being dropped or something. Essentially they are grey lines which will not go away regardless of what we try, basically its buggered.
Now i've got the receipt for the product would this normally be a return to the shop for a new one or in general do you have to contact apple to get them sent away and repaired?
