Hey chaps just a quick question. I brought a BenQ 27" monitor from you guys ages back (sept 2012) and the product is discontinued. Would this be under warranty from you guys to repair? I think its a simple capacitor blown by the way it acted. Or would this mean RMAing to the manufacturer? I'd like to avoidf the latter ideally as it takes months :(

This was the orig link:

Dear Oxygene,

Your monitor is still under warranty since it was purchased less than two years ago. Should you wish to register it for a repair directly with us, you need to fill in your details and provide a proof of purchase. Please click this link and you will be directed to our RMA page :

http://www.benq.co.uk/support/contactus/servicewarranty/

After submitting the form, you will receive an RMA number with instructions within 24 hours and a refurbished exchange between 3-14 days, depending on stock. You may also opt for a repair of your own unit which usually takes between 7 to 10 days.

we hope this information is helpful,
Regards,

BenQ Customer Service.
