Broken Oven

My oven appears to be broken. The power tripped off while pre-heating it to make dinner. Tripped the master breaker for the second CU, not just the oven one. Reset the breaker and it comes back on but doesn't warm up.

It's a Baumatic fan oven, about 6 years old. It was installed by the developer of the apartment block when it was built.

Any ideas? I really can't afford a new oven at the moment.

Probably just the element.

If your technically minded there is a cover that will house the element, if its fan it'll be wrapped around the fan.

£5 - 15 for an element and 10 minutes work or £80 from a fitter

Oh and it'll be obvious if it's blown.

I suspect the element has probably gone, fairly cheap to fix.

What do you think? Rearmost coil of the element appears to have a small kink in it, and there are marks on the back of the oven...

Best I could do with Smartphone camera...
