Broken parcel shelf

My bracket on my parcel shelf has come away. It's just the glue that's attached the bracket to the shelf, nothing's snapped.

What's the best glue for sticking this back on?

I use this ^^ or Gorilla glue. Both stick to pretty much all materials and are very strong.
