You have the YLOD (Yellow Light of Death). It can cost up to £150 to fix from Sony, or for free if you still have your warrenty.

Thanks, I dont think its worth it as you can pick up another PS3 for £180 or less

Look for a tutorial on youtube how to fix it. Its not hard to be honest

Looked and no fix is available. It looks like a motherboard failiure.
