Broken (?) Razor Copperhead mouse....

the buttons and lights are working - but the sensor on the bottom suddenly stopped lighting up ... hence no movement.

Contacted Razor support and they have suggested `cleaning the lens with QTIP and Alcohol`

I think this Qtip stuff is American isn`t it ?

Anybody advise what to clean the lens with instead for us UK people .... I think it has kinda died myself - but have to let them know the outcome.

(Razer exactmat is used - so I dont see how its clogged anything up....)

and my razer mouse has no lights on the bottom? (yet still works obviously)

If the little light at the bottom is broken, contact then again and say the LED has broken. They'll understand if you call it the LED.
