OK, well mine seems to have packed up :/

Has anyone else had one of these that has broken and managed to get it back up and running? If so what should I be checking or is it a case of it knackered so bin it and get another?

You could get a non-Swiftech true Laing D5 Vario which is a step up from the MCP600 and has the variable flow control or you could get an 18W DDC1 with an after-market top like the XSPC res-top which appears to offer the best flow and ease of use.

OK thanks, I'll take a look at those two.

Not looking for amazing performace as I don't really overclock anything these day, just want it quiet really. The D5 looks as though it would fit where my current one is best, although I suppose the other one is so small that you could fit it anywhere.

What's the best tubing these days? I've not had to buy anything for so long I am so out of what is good and bad!

Other parts of my setup are Swiftec G4 (the original one by Cathar), DD Maze 4 and Thermochill 120.3 if that makes any difference.
