Broken Xbox 360 Faceplate Help

Hi

My USB flap on my Xbox 360 faceplate has broken. I took the faceplate off and found that a spring had fallen off. Can someone take a picture of the back of there USB flap so I can see where the spring goes? Thanks in advance
 
Same happened to mine and I couldn't fix due to the plastic bit that held it in place had snapped.

If you look at the memory card covers I think there held on in the same way so you can then see how the USB one is held in place. Hopefully yours isn't broken and you can just get the spring back in place.

:( I was hoping that the USB flap was different from the memory card cover. Thanks for the info
 
As luck would have it I have a spare one lying on my desk, so took a piccy for you.

If you call MS they'll send you a new one btw, or you can have this one if you want. Been sitting on my desk for months (MS sent it to me by mistake).

Thanks for the picture and the tip. I will phone MS so you can keep yours as a spare as it seems this is a fairly common problem. Thanks for the offer :)

same happened to mine so i called ms and they sent me a new HD instead was very handy because i had the core system :D

oh yea i totaly forgot to tell them thou ;)
