Browser games

[i know nothing]

Not being too sure about how I should describe what I'm after, I've used the term "Browser games".

My ISP blocks all ports except those used by the browser and email client (long story, basically I live in a country where everything is censored), I can't play other games online.

I'm looking for some strategy games (Command & Conquer style) that I can play online against other people.

Are there any such games?

If there are, some hints on how I find them or some links would be appreciated.

The most obvious is Ogame.
There should be a big thread about it somewhere.
Build and upgrade your planet with buildings and technology then attack other peoples planets for resources.
