Browser issues??

Hi,

I always have all browsers installed for QA ( or as many as I can ).
This includes Safari, IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera.

I changed my motherboard, IE started crashing saying something about protected memory and addons, but also I had some other problems so formatted.

After formatting, I have the same problems with IE, only now safari will not load ANY web pages.

It's just a blank white page. Even www.google.com. Nothing.

Any ideas?

Oh, how odd.

So, I turned off windows firewall, safari now works, IE isn't crashing.
