Try looking for the ico in your temp internet files, failing that, clear the temp internet files and your cookies

Just looks like the favicon is misplaced. It happens to me in firefox sometimes, the suggested above should clear it up.

ctrl+shift+r does a force reload

regardless of any updates to the web page or not

Hi guys
I release now that I do actually get a lot of these tiny icon things when visiting lots of websites, and that one looks like part of the 'Left 4 Dead' logo whose site I quickly visited a bit back...But even restarting and going straight to my home page Google..the damn thing is still there. I guess it's nothing to worry about, it just freaked me out a bit at first. Ctrl+shift+r doesn't do anything but I'm about to wipe my internet temp stuff so that should help. Thanks everyone.
