Browser problems in XP

Hi, im having very odd problems with IE first in ie6 then in 7, images on sites are going missing but its just totally random. Sometimes its background images and mostly normal images, when i refresh the page a different image goes missing and the other one appears. It happens on all sites and as i say just random. I have tried obvious stuff like clearing the cache etc but it makes no difference. I thought upgrading to ie7 would fix it but it hasn't.

Tried FF?

If it happens in there as well then its a line issue I would assume.

Maybe worth power cycling your router too.

Im at work in the office, just thought i would ask you guys before i get the IT company in to have a look, nobody else here gets this and we all go out through the same line.
