Browser RTS

Just an update, I'm going to be running my own alliance this server (all being well) to practice my man managment skills before I make my EVE corp public.

So I'm happy to teach anyone new or support any experienced players who would like another shot.

/edit Also I'm going to be playing under some self imposed 'hard mode' rules to test some theories and investigate the new rules
