Hi all, anyone know how I can get rid of this please

BrowserModifier:Win32/Hopadef!lnk

it keeps coming up in windows defender.

I done a safe reboot and ran a full defender scan, and malwarebytes last night, and it removed some stuff, but 10 mins after rebooting the pc, it is back

any ideas please?

What's Defender saying about it?
Does it give the location?

As per the other thread on this same topic, did you update the database prior to running Malware bytes?

Also, do you have any proxies set in your browsers?
