Don't know if its the photos or because I'm browsing on my phone but both rear wheels look too far forward in the arch, looking at the steering etc its been in a crash and thrown back together.

Yes, it does rather appear to have been fixed as cheaply as possible. I pity the person who ends up with it TBH.

There's a bent one reg'd as cat D on PH with frontal damage, same year, more miles for more than the one on eBay:

Quite how the car in the OP can possibly be ~£4K less than the going rate compared with similar undamaged cars and be 'okay' leaves me somewhat in doubt!

Why don't you just buy a real SLK instead? Surely there's more of them going around than a Crossfire, probably better built too and better resale.

I Don't particularly want a crossfire. In fact I cant think of many cars I would less like to drive around in.

I do however like to make money and even in this state its an opportunity to do so.

I pity the person who buys it off you once you've removed all signs of the previous keepers ridiculous approach to car repairs.

Lol! it's too much messing around for me to take on as I have next to no mechanical ability.

It will end up that way though. Someone will buy it and take the job on.

I'm quite surprised that they have held their prices as well as they have done. That is a dire looking car. And look at the interior. Classy .
