Bruges over Christmas

We're going to Bruges over Christmas for 4/5 nights with our dog, over both 24/25th.

Any recommendations? Obviously nowhere has their Christmas menu out yet so difficult to judge what we want to do/where we want to go on 24th (their Christmas Day) and 25th.

Been to Bruges twice before so set for most things chocolate and bars, but those trips were weak on the restaurant front.

Make sure to visit to Ghent if you can beautiful place only a short trip from Bruges

We've been to Bruges twice, got another trip booked for the beginning of December

So many places to eat/drink/explore. The only place we've been to on each visit & will be visiting again is the Bourgogne des Flandres brewery

Yup that one's on the list.

We're staying at Guesthouse Bonifacius, mainly because it's dog friendly and looks super cosy/intimate for Christmas; I think they've only got 3 rooms. It's also highly reviewed.
