Brussel Sprouts

Didn't like em growing up but i developed a taste for them in adult hood. I do like em when i have a proper dinner like sunday dinner.
 
With salt, pepper and loads of butter, awesome! They seem to go well with all meat but especially nice imo with Gammon/ham/bacon.
 
I cooked them last Christmas for friends by steaming them and then frying them off with mushrooms and homemade garlic butter. Everyone really enjoyed them despite only two people admitting to usually eating brussel sprouts.
 
Love them when they're cooked properly. My mums brussel sprouts were always quite tough/dry, so I hated them as a kid. But when they're cooked well and properly seasoned they're lovely. :)
