I have never had this BSOD Code before so I am assuming it is something to with me recently going from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1

what was you doing at the time of this blue screen?

have any new drivers been installed recently which could have caused the issue?
 
I was playing a game and on the internet, It is hard to tell since i have recently installed windows 8.1 from Windows 7. I never had this BSOD on Windows 7.
 
ok, what might be the best option to do is to make sure all your chipset drivers and GPU drivers etc are all up to date and see if that helps.
