Recently my Pc just locked up with a BSOD whilst gaming.

Tried to re-start, but no joy booting into Windows.

Tried to reinstall Windows but although the mobo could see the hard drives, it just wouldn't complete an install of Windows ;

Tried from disc and USB key
Tried 2 different HDDS

Also noticed that the bios was behaving inconsistanly and 'laggy' at times, updated the BIOS, but still the same - OK, faulty mobo perhaps ?

Just tried on a new mobo and i get the BSOD message in the thread title :(

Anyone want to try and point me in the right direction

Could the cpu suddenly have developed a fault ?

:confused:
