BSOD after message saying new cpu

Hope you can help, have just gone from AIO cooler to full loop and on booting I got the message new cpu detected, thing is I havn't changed the cpu?

I then started getting the below BSOD's

Updated the bios and they went away or should I say happen far less but still on occasion happen

Is this a software or hardware issue?

CPU cooler overtightened.
