Im having major mind babbling problems with my p55a-ud4.
I keep getting "atikmdag.sys" bsods before i can get into windows, and when i format and reinstall Win7 (32/64bit) It always bsods on the final completion stage with the same message
I noticed this when i updated bios from f4 to f9
It seems to always boot fine with safe mode turned on, but since i formatted and reinstalled windows, it wont let me finnish the installation in safe mode, and with safe mode turned off i keep getting this same anoying bsod
I have tried reflashing bios back to f7 but the bios "qflash" utility isnt recognising my corsair flash voyager 8gb usb drive. (which is formatted to fat32 with the bios file on it which was extracted from the zip i d/l from the Gigabyte website)
i was going to flash bios using my old floppy drive.. but i dont have access to any pc's... just laptops without floppy drives
next step is to buy a usb floppy drive to use with a laptop and try flashing bios that way, but even still, could this be a bios problem?
NEED DESPERATE HELP
