BSOD and ram failing memtest with two stick

Hey guys....just built a system and its running 16gb of corsair low profile 1600 DDR3 (8gb X2)

It was blue screening so I ran memtest and each stick is passing on its own (and tried different slots) but failing when together with 25000+ errors. With either XMP enabled or just leaving bios at stock. Any ideas?

mobo is GByte Z87M-D3H

oh and when together they failed instantly (after about 10 seconds) so I only ran memtest on each one for 1 min thinking that was fine...........sorry about that just re-doing testing now for a proper length of time

Edit: one of the sticks is failing now on its own....which I'm pleased about! so vendor has already dispatched a replacement. Will just give the other one a go in this slot again to make sure.
