BSOD Code 116

Just started getting some BSODs with the code 116, I think its a GPU fault?

This has just started happening with the latest Nvidia drivers.

Anyone know what the code means?

From something I printed off the other day...

"0x116 = Low IOH (NB) voltage, GPU issue (most common when running multi-GPU/overclocking GPU)"

Seems to have stopped, I changed the 480s back so they were next too each other at x16 PCI express speed, instead of 1 at x16 & 1 at x8.
