BSOD; Crash Address: ntoskrnl.exe+71f00

Totally fed up with my PC now, been living with blue screens for over a year! Up until today they have pretty much only occurred after several minutes of having booted from an unplugged state, i.e. disconnected from the mains, However today I've rebuilt my system on a Crucial 128GB M4 and have had 3 in fairly quick succession. I don't believe for a moment that the M4 is responsible, as it is the same error code I got before I had it. I was using VMT to check the vid memory when the second occurred and the third happened shortly after closing VMT; is it possibly a bad vid card? At the same time though I can play metro 2033 for ages and it be ok, also burntest runs without issue?

Most of the BSODs I have run into are memory related. I would try memtest http://www.memtest86.com/ to rule this out first.

I burnt ultimate boot cd to a disk and ran memtest86+ 4.20 over the memory for nearly 4 hours, it returned 3 passes and no errors. I am right it believing that this version of memtest can correctly test all 6gb at one time, across 3 dimms? It managed to correctly identify them all.

What next?
