BSOD/Crashes

Friends problem below -

I've recently been having issues with random crashes and blue screens, I've checked my temperatures several times and theyve never got higher than 40. I've also changed graphics card and reinstalled Windows and ran memtest to check ram but it hasn't had an effect. I suspect it could be psu but not 100% sure so could someone help please x

How many passes of Memtest? I believe at least 8 passes is the general consensus, and I can attest to this too.

Googling for the BSOD code or using Blue Screen Viewer to decode the crash dumps can also help identify any driver issues, although reinstalling Windows possibly mitigates that - unless a bad driver has been reinstalled each time.

If they suspect the PSU, the quickest way to test is borrow and try another PSU.

Which CPU/motherboard?

What speed is the RAM running at and how much RAM?
