System:
I7 10700K (not overclocked)
16GB RAM
MSI Z490-A PRO
GT710 graphics card

System is rock solid stable from a cold boot, however whenever it comes out of standby after a few minutes (2-5 mins maybe) I get this BSOD.
Bug Check Code 0x0000009f (same every time)

All drivers have been updated to the latest possible version using a combination of manufacturers website, Driver Booster and Windows Update.

BlueScreenView does not point towards any particular driver.

How can I find out which driver is causing this ?

Sounds like a firmware issue on resume. Most likely culprit is a combination of windows power management settings and the motherboard bios. Id go over windows advanced power management settings, check for things like usb selective suspend, disk sleeping, hibernation settings, also check your bios is the latest version.
