Hi guys, I built the system running Windows 7 64bit few months ago spec of the machine is below it was stable up until holidays started blue screens every 3 days starting it can be surfing the net and games or idle when the errors occur

These are the errors thave happened

DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
REFERENCE_BY_POINTER
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Last error happened 2 times today from being idle and last tonight while playing a game. Have ran memtest only for 1 pass without any errors only I can think of either ram or graphics driver will be at fault will like some help

Update

Tested ram with memtest, errors appeared on 3rd pass. Tested CPU/Mobo with different brand of DDR3 borrowed from a mate, booted up and runs fine without problems.

RMA'd ram with Overclockers

Another Update

Still getting BSOD even with borrowed ram from a mate, errors are Memory_Management. Tested new ram with memtest came back no errors I'm beginning to suspect drivers maybe causing the stop errors after googling most of last night seems bad drivers can cause memory spikes and memory corruption.

Begin to install newest drivers, one at a time then use pc as I normally would could be long drawn out process ;)

Everything has being at stock speed since build, in bios tis set to auto. Built systems before this, never had a problem like this.

Haven't completely ruled out hardware being at fualt, so far today it has not blue screened. I'll post up screen shots of voltages and temps.

Update

Still getting issues with this setup after it was stable by resetting cmos but last week started BSOD, freezing on desktop, BSOD just after windows antimation and freezing in bios. Tried different ram voltages on the board even swapped ram again still the same result. RMA'd board to OC for testing got a email yesterday it passed 2 days stress testing, weird huh?.

Not sure what it can be from here, could be cpu or something else only thing I haven't tried is to manually set the cpu voltage. Anything else could look at?
