BSOD every 10 minutes

HELP.

I am getting a BSOD every 10 minutes.

the BSOD msgs I have got so far are:

system_service_exception
0000003b
00000019
bad_pool_head

Any help? PC was working fine yesterday. Only started happening today.

Firefox crashes then I get a bsod but it sometimes happens with netscape too.

help.

Download and run Memtest for starters as faulty RAM will cause this.
