BSOD & Fatal System Errors

I keep getting bsod's and fatal system errors, it doesn't happen during gaming but tends to happen when I push the cpu hard like if I unzip 2 files at the same time or something.

I did get these before and it was due to memory but surely it can't be that again ... maybe my hard drive?

e6300 @ 2.45 < -- maybe this?!

2 sata hd's
2 gig corsair
x-fi

I have good cooling so it isn't a temp thing.

First question would be does this happen when you're running at stock?

What ram do you have in the system and how far is it oc'd?

A 6300 should be fine at that OC on stock volts, I think it may be the RAM.
