ah sorry my bad i read the screeny wrong...thought you were saying that was stable 
I was able to bench with my previous 2600K at 5.5Ghz and 1.45vcore.....it then became unstable to the point i couldnt get past the bios and it only booted about 1 in 20 times to the bios anyway
Killed it by pushing it to hard or just unlucky....story ended good though as Intel replaced it as was still under warranty
Are you prime stable at stock (ie 4hrs+)
Also try OCCT as mine was ok with prime but occt crashed it in 20mins at first.
