BSOD Help - atikmdag.sys

Hello all,

I have recently been having quite a few BSOD's, around 1 per night.

Could anyone give me any tips to find out what might be causing this.

Any overclocks on the Cpu or Gpu? Looks like an unstable overclock on the cpu that's causing that, may need a bump in voltage.

Run Memtest86 could be bad RAM

When I had that error myself it was the graphics card that caused it, new card sorted it out. Personally I don't think it's the CPU but I may be wrong.

I have an overclock on my CPU 4.5Ghz @ 1.3V I think, I will confirm this evening. I will give Memtest a run and report back.

If so! try running the Cpu at stock and see if the problem persists.

If BSOD's are happening, always drop everything to stock for testing purposes.

There's an issue with cgminer that can cause this when pressing 'Q' to quit at the minute. Not that you've said you were mining!
