BSOD Help Please

A friends pc gets this BSOD every now and again. He doesn;t do anything to trigger it off, it just seems random. The error from the event log is as follows:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000007e (0xc0000005, 0xff4e91b9, 0xf5b57c78, 0xf5b57974). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini082708-01.dmp.

Can you try and advise me on how to fix this?

Personally thats what i would do too but I can;t as it is someone elses computer and that is just not an option. Is there a way to find out what caused it and to solve the issue.

The system is a Dell Dimension 8200 so a bit old now but still works apart from this (albeit very slow!)

I went to get the mini dump files but it said the folder was empty.

He is not very computer literate so I did that a while back for him but it has only just started happening.
